Chef Wessely's top 5, must-have Holiday Appetizers - Come join Chef Wessely as he shares his family traditions and flavors for the holidays. He'll feature the top apps that makes it to his family's table every year. Super easy to make and amazingly delicious! The top 5 are: Brie en Crute, Yam Casserole Shooters, coconut shrimp with spicy marmalade, tomato - goat cheese flat bread, Lox and Capers with crostini, Japanese tonkatsu, hanki pankies, Frank's Kielbasa, Herb and Oil Bread Rolls, pomegranate guacamole, Crab Stuffed Mushrooms.

Youth series class: Let's make pizza

Kids 10 and older are invited to join us for a slice of fun as we learn how to make wood-fire style thin-crust pizzas from scratch! From dough to oven, they'll learn it all in this upbeat and fun environment. Available toppings will include pepperoni, ham, green peppers, black olives, and onions.

Sauce Work

It’s all about the sauce here. Let’s learn how to perfect 3 of Chef Wessely’s favorite sauces. Understanding that a sauce is what can transform a good dish into a great one, after this class, you will take your culinary skills up by a million points. We’ll perfect a traditional beurre blanc, a coconut and rum-butter reduction, caper infused olive oil, and a rich Alfredo sauce. We’ll need to taste-test your efforts, so we’ll pair these sauces with Tilapia and angel hair pasta.

So you took Chef Wessely’s "Sauce Work!" class and you’re ready for some more? Well then, let’s do this! We’ll cover 4 more of Chef Wessely’s favorite sauces. Let’s perfect Wessely’s Bourbon BBQ sauce, Blueberry-Balsamic Reduction, and a fast and easy steak sauce (a simulated demi-glace). There’s a lot going on in this class, so come ready to work and absorb lots of information! To taste your efforts, we will pair these sauces with chicken and Flat Iron steaks.
