The biggest selling feature was the air fryer feature. After trying to air fry several different items that cooked 2-3 times longer than a countertop air fryer and were not even close to being crisp, we placed a service call. The GE tech told us the air fryer is not really an air fryer and frozen items such as French fries as not recommended. Who buys an air fryer that can't do French fries!?!?! GE's customer server is the worst we have ever dealt with. We will never buy another GE appliance…EVER!

I've been wanting a two oven stove for years. Finally bit the bullet. Bought this one because of the reviews and I'm not sorry. Love the convenience of two ovens as well as the Air Fryer mode of the bottom oven. I can also keep food warm in one while cooking in the other or cook two different foods requiring different temps at the same time. The cooktop is easy to clean and the heat elements cook accurately and evenly. I had a different brand previously and I'm amazed at how much better this product is. I have had a difficult time setting up the wifi. Will try again this week. Overall I'm glad I made this purchase.

It looks so nice I almost hate to use it. Clean-up is easy. Multiple burners are a real plus. GE appliances are the best. We now have a GE frig, dishwasher, washer and dryer. All of them are still in perfect working condition and have never needed any service.

I haven't had any problems with the oven so far. We're still learning to use some of the more advanced features, like the delay bake. We like the connectivity - it is nice to get a notification on your phone when the preheat is complete or the timer goes off in case you're not in the kitchen to hear it. It was also nice to see it automatically update the time when we went to daylight savings time.

I was so happy to be able to get this so quickly! Haven't had a new oven for 25 years so this is a new adventure! My only complaint so far is that the glass to send to be very sensitive and shows marks after it's been used! Almost like a scratch! We were extremely careful with this obviously but still looks like a scuff that won't come out, even after the proper polishing!

I have always had ranges with double ovens. This new has so many new features and I love to cook so two ovens is a must. I would have given it 5 stars but the timer and oven temp signals are so hard to hear and I have it set on high, I have to be right at the range to hear it when it goes off, yes I am an old retired guy and my hearing is not great but my Son also says it's not loud enough.

I always could use 2 ovens and don't have room for a wall oven. So I was thrilled when I researched and found this one. This oven checks all the boxes. I've had it for over a month and have not had any issues. Can't tell that the air fry feature is any different; but I've only used that feature twice. The only negative I can say is it's a little hard to clean compared to my previous glasstop range, even with the cleaner. It is easy to use. I would buy it again if given the chance.

Everything working as expected so far. The first range that came the front burner was not working so they sent out a new one. Have not used the air fry option yet. Power boil option works great. No more waiting on water to boil.

Did some research and so happy we chose this GE profile double oven based on other reviews . The convection baking works great- even baking- no more raw brownies in the middle! Air Fry is so convenient we might give away our small one! We cooked a turkey to practice for Thanksgiving- came out crispy & juicy in the middle. Double oven so convenient for cooking different dishes at different temps. Cook top has been easy to clean and love the warming feature. Steam clean cycle was a bit smoky for the 5 hours so glad it was still warm enough in New England to open the windows. We are VERY satisfied with our purchase!

When the range was installed, the screws to attach the power cord were so tight that we broke the tip of a Tekton screwdriver. After that we decided to check the 10 screws holding the back panel on the range. 3 were properly tightened, 3 were loose, and 4 were over tightened (stripped out). Additionally; the rack in the upper oven binds severely when you attempt to slide it. The customer service person from where we purchased the range checked it and agreed that it was difficult to move. We're quite disappointed in GE quality for a range priced over $1800.

We've already owned the previous model of this stove which lasted very well until I used the self-cleaning mode. I will never use the self-cleaning mode again as it did a number of the computer chips. It didn't happen all at once, but eventually after 11 years we had to replace the stove. Up until I used that feature it worked great!

I have cooked only a few meals using my new oven and it is exactly what I was looking for. The oven has many options to cook but I have baked and confection baked but have not used the air fry option yet. Both the bake and confection bake have worked as it should. The stove top is a gray which I like really well. Two cooking surfaces will let you cook with the size pan you choose to cook in which I like this option as well. So far I have no complaints and would recommend this oven.
