I haven't used my Ultimate800 yet - using the still going strong 15+ year old one (will donate it soon to wean myself off of it). My family has been using Electrolux since/before we immigrated from the Caribbean to the USA, 60 years ago. We have lots of nostalgic memories and look forward to using the different tools and features. Trusting that the brand still has the gold seal of approval for service and dependability.

I wanted a Dyson but my husband LOVES Electrolux products. I was able to purchase this at a really good and, oh my goodness, so glad I did. We just got 2 bunnies so something without cords is needed and strong enough to pick up shedding fur. This does it! It transitions so easily from their habitat liner to our hardwood floor and picks everything up. I™€™m actually glad to admit that my husband was right ??

I have been using Electrolux canister vacuums since 1955. They were simple, never broke and worked well. This new vacuum is complicated but performs the same functions. I miss the canister vacuums, but this is what is sold, so as long as it picks up the dirt, it is good enough.

Bought the Ultimate800 to replace our Filter Queen

We needed to replace our 34 year old filter queen, and needed it to be less like a tank (it was heavy), however, able to do the same job. So we surfed the internet for cleaning systems and read and watched a ton reviews for so many systems. In the end, we decided on the Ultimate Complete Home Vacuum by Electrolux. We have been using it now for a while; an I am not sure why we didn't do it sooner. It is so lightweight and sucks up that dust and our fur-babies leavings with such ease. And doing steps is no longer like a scheduled event, as it barely takes 5min or less to do both flights of stairs. Oh and all those attachments and other power nozzles... they are great on our hardwood floors and even our couple of throw rugs...the long and short of it, cleaning is so much simpler now and mush faster. If there was any cons about the whole system, it would have been the videos on the site, when you click on a system to observe it...like we did with the complete home vacuum, it should shown the item we bought, since we "thought" we were buying the one with the UV bed attachment. But it turns out we received the bed power nozzle accessory without the UV light. All in all it is an awesome and well made product and it cuts cleaning time tremendously. Highly recommended.

Great suction, love all the head attachments and easy filter(s) cleaning. The stand has been a bit problematic because the arms don™€™t lock in place so every time I pull a head/nozzle of the holder comes off. Also removing a nozzle from the vacuum takes a nit of coordination/strength.

Works great! Has many attachments, and am extra battery, although we did not need to change the battery until after the third day of use. It picks up so much dirt and pet hair!!! And it is quiet enough that it does not freak out my cats!! The price was good too. If it lasts as long as the last Electrolux we had, will be more than worth the price!

I've owned both an Electrolux canister & Electrolux upright. I was looking to replace the upright, which had incredible suction, while searching on line it appeared that Electrolux no longer sells or manufactures uprights. I have wall to wall thick pile carpeting, which is also on 2 staircases. First impression of this model, Not intuitive to "put together", no big deal got that figured out. Battery life is absolutely terrible. I can get through one staircase (13 steps) on a full charge at full suction. OR 2 rooms on max suction.Max suction is good, but in comparison to their upright which I had, it doesn't compare. Now, let's talk about the debris canister..... to me, it's just clunky and awkward to figure out how to get it detached and reattached. I'd love to give Electrolux a full review if they wanted it, my opinion is the people designing it, don't use it. Overall, it's an ok product, it works, but for the reputation of this company and the cost of the product.... it doesn't hit it out of the park for me. Still contemplating a return after 2 weeks.

Ordering was a nightmare. Shipping was delayed to the point where I canceled the order. Then I was charged anyway. Customer service tried but I believe the problem was with the warehouse. After I ordered a different vacuum from another company, the Electrolux arrived. I like it very much. One issue is I cannot get the hang of easily removing and replacing the canister that catches debris. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.

Just purchased and overall have been satisfied with the product. it does have a small canister, but very easy to empty. Convenient for a quick sweep and 2 batteries last well for my whole house. One of the biggest reasons for purchasing was to have to batteries. They will also charge up in 2 hours while some of these vacuums take up to 4 hrs. Hoping it has a long life!!

Power, style, and weight are all good. The canister is small, perfect for a small house or apartment, but would probably require a mid-use emptying in a larger house. Some of the smaller nozzle attachments connect to the stand with an awkward angle that seems prone to breakage in the not-too-distant future. Nice that it comes with two batteries; each have been lasting about a quarter hour at full use. Easy to use. Would be a 5-star item at a lower price point.

I didn™€™t have high hopes for how this would do on my rugs. The auto suction feature adjusted appropriately for my ru™€"gable entrance rug. Although I couldn't feel it suction to the floor on my more traditional living room rug (as I could on hardwoods), upon inspection it picked up all the fine black dog hairs. I am considering getting rid of my corded d™€"son and actually using this as primary vacuum. The extra battery is awesome. I got tired of cleaning before both batteries were depleted. The trash cup filler frequently, but I soon got the hang of emptying it.

This Ultimate800™ Complete Home Vacuum is wonderful to use and has attachments for most floor types we wanted to use it on. The only carpet there is not a great attachment for is the flat Ruggable rug. You can't use the carpet attachment because it sucks up the rug and the vacuum overheats. The floor attachment does not work well on it because it us a rug you are trying to vacuum and some crumbs and debris that kids drop do not vacuum off of it easily. But overall the vacuum works very well as seen by all the contents in the chamber that gets emptied. We do love that it's lightweight and easy to use.

I really liked the product and I can clean my entire house with this cordless vacuum. I have issues with the base station, where the different items are jam packed. Could have had little bit more space or the length should have been more. But the functionality wise it's awesome. The vacuum couldn't handle large sized grains such as corn. The suction power and multiple modes work great and this product meets my expectation.
