Great microwave sleek looking easy to keep clean lots of room on the inside Only thing I have trouble with is Im short so seeing into the dark door to keep an eye on things while cooking is difficult for me.

This replaced a former LG that lasted 16 years. I hope this one can last long also.
The only negative I have is the window might be the same size but the black shading covers a great deal of the glass. So unless you are very tall it is difficult to see inside and view the food.

We decided it was time to replace our 20 year old microwave and decided to go with LG. We have purchased a new range also LG and the microwave complimented the range. We have become accustom to the noise generated by the old unit and found ourselves checking several times to make sure the new one was operating. The controls are easy to understand and operate and using the baked potato setting we enjoyed some nicely prepared spuds. We have several other LG products in our home and have been pleased with them. It was based on our past experiences with LG that prompted us to check out the stove and microwave. We made a good choice

Ive had this for about 9 months. Easy to use great features. After 9 months l had a problem with the door latching. Within a week an LG repairman came to the home and repaired it at no cost. Great microwave great warranty.

I purchased this as a replacement for a previous and similar model. Since it is almost an exact model I want you to know that I was not very satisfied with the plastic handle anchors as they broke after 5 years. The only reason I chose this again was due my urgent need and ease of installation since all fastenings were unchanged.

My husband and I bought an LG microwave and range after another prominent brand failed to operate correctly after only a week. We have always been ambassadors of LG but did not select the products due to availability initially. However after our debacle with the other merchandise we noticed that the LG products we wanted were available. We made the exchange and what a difference This brand continues to follow the principal of reliability effortless functionality and quality. The design also sleek and easy-to-clean. We experienced a great deal of stress with the other brand e.g. receiving a previously-used microwave poor customer service and waiting two weeks before both appliances were delivered. And that is only because my husband threatened to cancel the order. And our LG appliances resemble the previous ones at a more reasonable price So thank you LG for making our experience fluid and for continuing to provide quality products and customer service that makes your brand tried and true.

Bought this from Lowes in Louisville CO last July. Like it but internal lighting could be better. Hard to see things at night. Your customer service seems to be home grown at times with kids in the background. One piece of black plastic was loose and we thought the whole thing went dead. Fortunately my wife found the problem before your service person came. I like LG products in general and that your service people are accountable. Its more about the goodness of your company vs. the product itself. Trust.

I have had my microwave for almost two weeks so far I like it with one exception. The fan strength is very weak. I can put it on turbo the steam from cooking on my range comes out up the front of my microwave. This is the only down fall I have. other than that it has great features .

I bought this along with an LG gas range. The two together really enhance our kitchen. Easy to read light touch buttons. Now vented to outside we can cook our bacon on the range without filling the house with stale food odors. Very happy with the pair.
